Sibling Manuals
Computational Lab Manual
Standards and practices for computational science: Git workflow, coding standards, data management, AI tools, and publication archiving.
Wet Lab Manual
Protocols, safety procedures, reagent management, and bench expectations specific to wet lab work in the Raredon Lab.
How to use this manual
New members should begin with Documents 01 and 02, then read 03 and 07 for day-to-day expectations. The remaining documents can be read in any order and returned to as needed.
This manual applies to all lab members regardless of role or background. Computational members should also consult the Computational Lab Manual; wet lab members should consult the Wet Lab Manual for bench-specific protocols and safety procedures.
Each document is standalone and can be linked to directly by section. The manual will be updated as the lab's practices evolve.
